1. What Is LIVED IT?

LIVED IT is a community-driven Solana project built around something every person on Earth has in common: we have all lived through something.

Most meme projects begin with a character, a mascot, or a passing trend. LIVED IT begins with people. The stories are the memes. The experiences are the content. The community becomes the identity of the project.

If you lived it, you can tell it. And wherever you come from — everyone belongs.

2. The Idea

$LIVED turns real-life experience into a continuously expanding source of community-created content. Instead of asking a community to repeatedly promote the same mascot, LIVED IT gives people a framework for telling their own stories.

The primary format is simple: four panels, one experience, one story. Members create their own LIVED IT memes using the project's templates and branding. There's no requirement that a story be extraordinary — that's the point. Life itself provides the content.

3. A Global Community

LIVED IT was designed from the beginning to extend beyond one country, culture, or language. The project is developing a collection of country badges representing communities around the world, released progressively rather than all at once.

No theory. Lived it. Everyone belongs.

4. $LIVED Token

Token: LIVED IT

Ticker: $LIVED

Blockchain: Solana

Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 $LIVED

Launch Platform: Jupiter Studio (Custom mode)

$LIVED functions as the economic layer underneath the LIVED IT community — connecting participation, staking, rewards, and long-term ecosystem growth.

5. Launch Philosophy

The launch is structured around three principles: protection, transparency, longevity.

LIVED IT used Jupiter Studio's built-in anti-sniper protection to make automated sniping economically unattractive during the most vulnerable moments of launch, as configured for this token at launch time.

6. Creator Token Allocation

The project uses a deliberately conservative creator allocation: 10% of total supply — 100,000,000 $LIVED — placed into a transparent lock/vesting structure rather than left liquid.

The lock is publicly documented so holders can independently verify the structure. The purpose is simple: the creator should be building alongside the community, not preparing an exit from it.

7. Trading Fees

$LIVED carries a 2% creator/project trading fee. Rather than treating this as simple creator income, LIVED IT allocates every dollar of fee revenue according to a fixed policy:

Staking & Community Rewards 50%
Growth & Operations 22%
Long-Term Reserve 15%
Creator Compensation 10%
Team Compensation 3%

87% Ecosystem & Community · 10% Creator · 3% Team

8. Staking

Staking is intended to become a core part of the long-term $LIVED ecosystem, using a Solana-compatible staking solution allowing holders to stake circulating $LIVED.

Rewards are intended to be denominated in SOL where technically practical. The project may initially seed the reward pool so staking can begin before meaningful fee revenue accumulates. Staking rewards are not guaranteed and the pool may start empty.

9. Community Rewards

Not every valuable contribution happens through buying tokens. LIVED IT intends to recognize contributors who create memes, stories, artwork, translations, country participation, moderation, and organic promotion — including through an early contributor recognition program.

10. Why There's No Large Community Allocation at Launch

Rather than removing a large portion of supply at launch under project control, LIVED IT builds community rewards progressively through project-generated revenue. Build the treasury through growth — rather than simply assigning ourselves one.

11. Brand

LIVED IT has an official visual identity, and community members are encouraged to create original material within the project's branding framework. The goal isn't for thousands of people to repeat the same meme — it's to give thousands of people a recognizable way to tell different stories.

Community members may create stories and memes within the template. Trademarks, the official contract, and official badge files remain with the project.

12. The Long-Term Vision

LIVED IT begins as a meme-driven Solana community. It doesn't have to end there — the concept can extend into community storytelling, digital collectibles, creator programs, staking, social campaigns, merchandise, partnerships, and additional community-built applications. These are directions, not promises — development follows what the community actually builds and supports.

13. Transparency

Where practical, major project-controlled structures are independently verifiable on-chain — supply, creator allocation, lock/vesting, project wallets, and staking structures.

14. Risk

$LIVED is a cryptocurrency token. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. There is no guarantee of profit, price appreciation, liquidity, staking income, exchange listings, or project success.

Nothing in this document is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. NFA — this is not financial advice. This is not a security offering — there is no equity, dividend, or profit-share claim. Fee-based compensation reflects work performed, not a return on holding. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose.

LIVED IT is not built around a promise that a token will make people rich. It's built around an idea that already exists whether a token does or not:

Everybody has a story.

You don't have to imagine it. You don't have to theorize about it.

$LIVED IT.

OFFICIAL POLICY

Wallet & Reward Distribution

Effective September 6, 2026

As $LIVED continues to grow, our distribution procedures must evolve with the community. These policies protect both $LIVED and legitimate community participants, maintain a clear record of every distribution, and reduce opportunities for duplicate participation or reward farming.

IMPORTANT — EXISTING COMMITMENTS

These policies do not apply retroactively to the Founding 20 or to any winners from the first $LIVED Space, including prizes already awarded but not yet distributed. Those commitments will be completed under the rules in place when they were awarded.

1. Wallet Address & Distribution Responsibility

Every participant receiving a $LIVED prize, giveaway, contest award, Space reward, or other community distribution is responsible for providing a correct wallet address that they control and can access.

$LIVED will send the stated distribution to the wallet address provided by the recipient. Once the blockchain confirms the transaction was successfully sent to that exact address, the distribution is considered successfully delivered and complete. The confirmed on-chain transaction serves as official and authoritative proof of payment.

$LIVED is not responsible for:

  • An incorrect wallet address provided by the recipient
  • A recipient providing an address for a wallet they do not control or cannot access
  • Loss of access to a wallet
  • A recipient viewing or accessing a different wallet than the one they submitted
  • Wallet application display, synchronization, indexing, or technical issues
  • A wallet application failing to display a transaction the blockchain shows was delivered
  • Other recipient-side wallet issues occurring after a successful on-chain transfer

A screenshot from a wallet application showing a transfer is missing does not override a successful blockchain record showing delivery to the submitted address.

Once successful delivery to the submitted wallet has been verified on-chain, $LIVED's obligation for that distribution is fulfilled. $LIVED will not issue a duplicate or replacement payment for a transaction successfully confirmed on-chain to the address provided.

2. Wallet Eligibility & Anti-Farming Verification

To protect community rewards from duplicate participation, multi-account farming, Sybil activity, and attempts by one individual to collect multiple rewards intended for separate community members, $LIVED will verify wallets before future prize and reward distributions are made.

Established Wallets Required

A wallet submitted for a future $LIVED prize or reward must show reasonable evidence of genuine prior on-chain use. A participant is not required to hold meme coins, $LIVED, or any particular collection of assets.

Evidence of normal wallet use may include:

  • Holding or previously funding the wallet with SOL
  • Previous transfers
  • Swaps
  • Staking activity
  • Token activity
  • Other legitimate, verifiable on-chain transactions

Newly created, empty, inactive, or apparent burner wallets will not qualify for future prize or reward distributions.

One Participant — One Reward

Unless the rules of a particular promotion specifically state otherwise, one participant is entitled to one eligible entry/reward per promotion. $LIVED reserves the right to withhold a future reward when wallet activity or other verifiable information reasonably indicates duplicate participation, coordinated accounts, or multiple accounts operated by the same participant to collect multiple rewards.

Wallet history is an eligibility and anti-farming signal. A new or empty wallet alone is not treated as proof of farming; however, $LIVED is not required to accept a wallet that does not meet published eligibility requirements.

Mandatory Wallet Verification

Participant/account reviewed → Wallet submitted → On-chain history checked → Duplicate/Sybil check → WALLET VERIFIED → Payment sent → On-chain transaction verified → SUCCESS → Distribution complete

"WALLET VERIFIED" becomes a required checklist item before payment.

These policies are intended to establish one simple standard:

We verify before we send.
We send to the address provided.
We verify the transaction on-chain.

Once successful delivery to that address is confirmed by the blockchain, the distribution is complete.
